Refund & Additional Charges Policy – Mavile Flowers
All purchases are final, and refunds are considered only under exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate when placing your order. If an address correction or rerouting is required after the order has shipped, a carrier-assessed rerouting fee will apply. The exact amount depends on distance, package quantity, and service level. Our team will confirm the fee before making any changes.
Substitution Policy
In rare cases where certain flowers are unavailable, Mavile Flowers reserves the right to replace them with similar blooms of equal or higher value. Should you request an upgrade involving premium or rare flowers beyond the value of your original order, we will notify you of the price adjustment before proceeding.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Order Modifications:
Requests to modify an order must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase and are subject to availability. Due to the perishable nature of our flowers, we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for unavailable items.
Order Cancellations:
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order and must be sent via email. Once approved, you will receive written confirmation from our team. Please note that rush orders cannot be canceled, as they are prepared and dispatched immediately. A small processing fee applies to cover administrative and transaction costs.
Delivery Refusals
Refunds are not available for orders that are refused or undeliverable upon delivery. Since each floral design is created to order with fresh blooms, full charges apply once your order has been crafted and dispatched. This policy is consistent with standard practices for perishable products in the floral industry.
